Our firm undertakes trust 政府 representation on an hourly fee basis which is outlined in our retainer agreement. The total cost of a trust 政府 can range from $3,500 to $20,000, depending on the complexity of the work involved.

遗嘱认证 fees are set by California statute. The fee charged by the court to file a probate petition is $435. There is an additional $435 fee when a petition for final distribution is filed. Other probate fees include publication of the probate notice, 遗嘱认证的裁判, and certification of copies of court documents.
The fees listed below are the California statutory fees used to compensate attorneys and executors in probate cases for various sizes of estates. If both the attorney and the executor receive a fee, the amount paid will be approximately as shown below:

Our firm undertakes conservatorship representation on an hourly fee basis which is outlined in our retainer agreement. The total cost of a conservatorship can range from $5,000 to $8,000 or more. The cost depends on the complexity of the matter, which controls the amount of work that will be required.

Our firm undertakes trust litigation representation on an hourly fee basis which is outlined in our retainer agreement. We require a minimum retainer of $10,000.
